Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (February 27, 1807 – March 24, 1882) was an American poet and educator known for works like 'Paul Revere's Ride' and 'The Song of Hiawatha'. He was a prominent figure among the fireside poets and the first American to translate Dante's 'Divine Comedy'.
